yeah its normal they suck I get them all the time start taking lysine its a pill and you can take it while prego and while breastfeeding .. also you can use alum its used to can vegetable its super nasty but works wonders

I get them all the time.....I use Abreva. It helps when you first feel one and when they are already there.

@bubblebeck since I've never had one I didn't know what the feeling was until it happened. now I'm mortified on how bad it looks and swollen. I bought abreva and its still swollen but it's turning yellow. Idk what that means

Yellow means the blister dried up and it's healing. You could try putting neosporin on it. But other than that, try not to touch it.

I have not had to use it while pregnant, but I just looked it up and it says that testing has not been done on women how are pregnant and to consult you physician before use. @rmnavarro @lilmeli15
