So my mom blamed her stress on me cuz I moved in cuz she wanted me to saying me being pregnant is causing her stress and problems in the house hold...she has a 12 and 13 year old who do nothing while I clean and take them places...pick up after them...and it sucks! Been like this my whole life :( thought it'd be different this time around but I'm just here as a maid pretty much and I do NOT like being told my unborn son is the cause of your stress! She just started a new job and sometimes has to take HER kids places sorry I work and go to school but I'm not about to drop everything for YOUR kids and let her throw the guilt trip on me cuz she lets me live in her house for free...she offered...I took it...I regret it...

@sharonpaige13, Sorry you're going through that hun. Hang in there! Wish I could do more to actually help you. That must be stressful on you! And no, you shouldn't have to drop out of school or make your life hell to take care of your mom's kids. Not trying to be mean and I hope you don't take that wrong, it's just not right and fair for you. Prayers being sent your way!

@sharonpaige13, Yes! Hopefully you can come to an agreement that works for both, at least until you can get a place of your own. That can be a goal for you to set for yourself. :) I guess what makes me feel better about certain situations is I'm a goal setter haha so I try to set goals and see how quickly I can achieve them and then I don't worry about the negatives! It's just something that's always helped me get through times like that. Hope that helps a little!

wow, it's unbelievable how cultures are so different, I'm Hispanic and if anything like this was ever to happen parents are actually more reliable and caring for one another, that's what family is for sticking together no matter what situation your in, I hope everything works out and you probably don't have it as easy but I think you would be better off in your own place if things don't work out with your mom. good luck hun.
