You can get them over the counter. In Walmart, Target, almost any store! =) And if you do that, you can get gummies and different formulas.

I would say these are the best, they have been for me anyway and my doctor told me they were really good. @tiny.toes

I never tried the gummies, I take the pills and they made me so sick so I tried taking them before bed and I feel much better.

I get mine over the counter, my doctor has never even said anything about writing a prescription for them. I have the gummies and I have capsules cause they're easier to swallow. You just have to be careful because the gummies don't have iron in them, so you'll have to get iron pills too!
