To find out you gave your heart and soul to some one for almost 3 years. Only to find out he doesn't care, yet says that you can't leave because your caring there child. We can be a family but he can do what he wants and who he wants, yet I can't or your taking me to court. I would leave, he doesn't deserve to have you in his home.... he wants to control you by keeping you there... let him take you to court, if you can prove you can provide for your child better than he can (which isn't hard since you are the mother) they will side with you.... and if his grounds for going to court is you seeing someone else because the 2 of you aren't together the judge is going to laugh in his face honestly... sorry I get a bit upset when I read about men mistreating their girlfriend/fiancé/wife, there is absolutely no reason for it

@sarahdrew, its both of our house. He just trys to put his foot down when he knows I'm not afraid to leave. So he threatened to take me to court, which I'm ok with
