I tried to reach out to a friend of mine bc the last few days I have had suicide thoughts and I'm 39 weeks pregnant and my almost 8yr relationship is down to nothing we are fighting constantly and he constantly tells me he got what he wanted and that was a child but my friend completely ignored me I don't have to many friends anymore because of my job it has made me not trust people I'm close with my mom but I don't want to tell her I go to the Dr today and I'm gonna talk to her
