So I posted a Facebook status talking about my crying a lot this trimester and my husband's aunt replies:
Her - "Go ahead & keep crying. The baby is going to be a cry baby...IJS"
Me - "Lol no he isn't"
Her - "Ok...if you say so. I don't babysit bad &/or crying children"
Me - "Guess we won't send him to you. he'll be at one of his grandma's"
Her - "Lol. Oh he'll be able to do what he wants. Watch what I tell you."
Me - "He can try"
🙄😒😒😒 One....how are you going to tell me how my child is going to react based on my hormonal state, which isn't even my normal disposition. Two....you don't babysit children of that demeanor?? I was never going to ask. And three you obviously don't know me or my family, my child will be loved but he won't be getting away with any and everything. Please tell me again how you know? She doesn't even have kids. I might be being hormonal but stuff like this legit annoys me.

You handled that a LOT better than I would've. My temper was given to me by satan himself. But the glory of God controls it. But that right there would've made me lose my religion on her... All in the love of Christ of course.

@mommyrai, lol I tried so hard not to pop off because I can be good for it, regardless of who said what. I don't appreciate it especially with my mood these days but I won't feed into it. If she does it again I might not handle it so cordially.
