Plan on it and then if it seems like too much when it comes down to the real thing, get an epidural! My birth plan is to feel it out and if it's not going well, I'm going to get the epidural. On the other hand, if I feel like I am handling it well and it's going well, I won't! Sometimes things don't go the way you plan so it's good to have a flexible mindset.
I want to have a natural birth but my mom had me natural and she said it was the worst experience she has ever been through and that we both quit breathing for a short period of time and she almost lost me. She is begging me to have an epidural.. So yeah, I'm a little freaked out by natural births.
I am doing it all natural. I'm being induced friday I will let you know how it goes. :) @kais_mommy
Totally try for a natural birth. My mother had one and she said it was amazing. Every pregnancy is different so just have a good team around you to keep you motivated. I plan on having an all natural VBAC. I refuse an epidural because the risks of having a csection goes higher
