Try taking them at night. I had the same problem and that helped me.

yes the ones u have make me sick hard to swallow them...& the smell of them is yikes 😲 I'm try some other ones this week coming up

Try the gummies. Or if nothing else, you can take flinstones vitamins. @akendriasmommy

I just switched to a gummy prenatal they are amazing!! Not getting sick like I did with the other
