Both. But I like counting by weeks for some reason.

I do both but most of the time people ask me how many "weeks" I am not months.

Lol to me it's easier .. I just add on a month after one month over lol to me the weeks I'll never get

I mainly go by weeks but do months for my MIL bc she prefers that lol. but I always find this chart helpful
