You may have increased symptoms but there is no way without an ultrasound to know for sure. Not everyone has worse symptoms so it's hard to say and just because you have bad symptoms doesn't mean you could have twins either. I heard if you get your blood drawn you should have higher hcg levels.

I'm pregnant with twins and no idea until an ultrasound. It was a huge shock! As for my symptoms, they're just regular pregnancy symptoms.
