ol cause I have had both recently within the last 4 days but they have stopped. I have never had them before so I wasn't sure. my water broke with my 1st and wasn't in labor long and had my baby via c section

u feel them in ur lower back n stomach!!! they're contractions

so it's not cramps?

It is the baby balling up, your stomach really tightening up!
