It depends on the child in general, every baby is different. They all develop differently. My daughter started walking at 10 months and I have a friends who's daughter didn't start walking till she was 19months. My daughter started saying a couple words by 1 she new a decent amount of words but every child is different. My daughters 2 and shes been repeating words back since she was 10-11 months old.
