Okay ladies I need help I've been sick and trying to keep hydrated but my pee is so dark it's almost orange and I don't know what else to do π HELP

Yeah just suck on be cubes or my friend who saved my life with this one told me to put Gatorade and make them into ice cubes and suck on it. Literally saved me

Suck on ice cubes or slowly drink your water. Don't chug it

If you're unable to sweat a little when you put your hands in your arm pits for a few minutes, & not peeing a lot or very often, that's when you should go to the hospital for fluids. That's what my hospital told me.
