Little Rant--
Got invited to dinner the other night and as we were on our way to the restaurant and back everyone kept telling me and my boyfriend how to take care of our son. He can't suck air, I know that. You need to put this many scoops of similac, I know that. You should get rid of his cradle cap, I'm letting it go away on its own. Let him try some Chinese food, NO he just turned 4 months and ain't even ready for mashed potatoes. I know how to take care of my son, please stop. 😠😠

it was annoying. I think they think I don't know that much because I'm young and a ftm. but I know how to. his Dr wants to talk about surgery at 6-7 months and my boyfriends step mom says I should do that, better when they young. like really. i told them to not invite me out again @vb95

you are his mama you make the decisions..... my mil used to tell me all the time "when my kids were 3 months I was putting cereal in their bottle (infa-feeder) and they would sleep all night".... first of all I'm breastfeeding 2nd my daughter won't take a bottle she flat out refuses..... no one can tell you how to raise your child, you brought them into this world not them

There will always be people that think they can parent your child better than you, just try to ignore it. When people tell me how to try to parent my son I fire back at them, not in a rude way but I make it known that I either don't want their input or I can handle it myself. I'm young and a ftm too!
