Tylenol, drink something with caffeine, put an ice pack exactly where your head is hurting, wet a rag with cold water and wipe your face and neck when needed.

I've done all of that and nothing is working...my doctor even gave my.hydrocodone and it's not working @lexiiroyal

Yeah, hydrocodone isn't going to help a migraine. Do the ice pack at least, it helps constrict the blood vessels...your blood vessels dilate when you have a migraine and cause a lot of the "pounding" sensation. I've had migraines since I was 8, so these are all the things I do (plus migraine medication)...but you can't take it while you're pregnant. So I do all that and try to sleep it off.

could be a sign your blood pressure is up. I would go get it checked out

my obg told me to take b6 4 times a day it has helped my headaches and nausea a ton. I take the disolvable ones they melt under your tongue. But be sure to have your blood pressure checked first.
