I miss my little abs. I still have top ones some days but I miss my flat toned stomach. It looks a little bloated and somewhat bigger. I still workout, I go heavy weight training on my legs & butt. And I started going in on my back shoulders and arms. I do a lot of pylos and stair master for cardio. I don't want to get big and sloppy. I want to be all baby and once I drop him or her, go right back to shape. In a one month span. #Goals
Yes I love to hear another momma is staying fit! I compete in NPC, I actually was in a prep when I found out I was pregnant lol so far the only real change I've made besides my diet is that I dropped my squat weight, I don't do anything that requires laying on my stomach, and for obvious reasons I can't train abs haha you'll know when you'll need to switch up your routine. We've got this 💪🏼🙌🏼😍

Yes!! I don't care I'll listen to my body when it gives me a hint. Like when I was laying down doing leg curls I was going pretty heavy and then my stomach starting feeling weird so I went lighter and did more reps. My family was telling me to take it easy and not to lift and just do cardio and I'm like 😾 I'm good. My bf is a personal trainer as well and he said it's okay, as long as I don't put too much strain on my lower abdomen which it common sense. But let's get it! We'll be those fit moms with a crazy snap back. 🙏🏽🙌🏽👏🏽💪🏽 all we need to do is stay active.
My fiance comes with me to spot when I do legs, other than that, I do pretty much the same thing I always have. I would go crazy just doing cardio for 9 months. I have people all the time at the gym telling me how much they admire me and how great I look. this late in the game, it's a really great confidence lifter
