You have to be careful when you're closer to your due date what you take for colds. Some of them, I think Sudafed or however it's spelled has this, have an ingredient in them that they also use in making meth, & will make you test positive for meth on a drug test, should you need to take one for any reason.

Nope. My doc said regular Zyrtec without decongestant is good, or the off brand of it.

I don't think so. most alka seltzer has aspirin plus that one has alcohol
