I manually pumped for 20 minutes each boob and got combined a little over an ounce. I thought I was making way more milk than that. I feel extremely defeated.

Pumping isn't an indication of what you make and what baby is truly getting ❤️ if baby has enough wet and dirty diapers and is gaining weight you're making enough! And pumping an oz with baby only a week old is awesome! ❤️ definitely check out the kellymom site that @kimberlyyyy posted. It's my favorite resource for all things pumping and breastfeeding!
