I had one before and yes, they work, if you actually wear it for a few hours a day. you can't just wear it once in awhile. have to be committed. I don't recommend a first time user to wear it over four hours a day at first. its a lot to get used to

@jessicahartze, do you have a brand or which kind do you recommend. i most def want to wear one after my baby but theres so many to choose from, that i don't know which kind of brand to get

let me get back to you on that, I love the one I have I don't remember the brand but there are a lot that are exactly the same.

okay, the one I had was Ann Cherry. I recommend the three hook one because its almost like three sizes. the third hook is pretty tight, so its nice because it'll last awhile. there are other cheaper ones like Ann Cherry, eBay is your best bet for something a little cheaper. don't buy from China ! @sn0wmariiee @mommyorona
