As shitty as it sounds, if you're having any second guesses about who you want to spend the rest of your life with, then maybe you shouldn't marry them right now. Not saying he's not the right guy for you, but don't rush yourself into a situation if some things are making you feel uncomfortable. I love my husband to the moon and back, but we rushed and got married and I wish we would have waited, even though we'd been together for 4 years before we even got married, there were some things we needed to work out to have a functioning marriage that we just didn't work out. It put a real strain on us through our first year of marriage.

Are you marrying him or who you want him to be? You will probably never mold him into your mister perfect but he will likely cave under the pressure of trying. I agree 100% with @therockamom

From my experience, the problems and doubts you are having now will not change or go away once the "I Do's" are said and the paper is signed! I love my husband so much, but I am still questioning whether I can deal with this for the rest of my life. I can't tell you how many breakdowns I have. Or how many arguments we have. The problems are all still there, and they do take a big toll on you!
