Hey mommas and mommas to be! Had a question! Has anyone worn a post partum girdle after having their baby? Or is anyone planning on getting one? I've been looking into them and see that the Bellefit is the best reviewed brand one but it's on the expensive side. If you used one or are planning on getting one, which one? TIA ❤

the hospital i had my twins at supplied them if you asked. (i use it to this day and my kids are 4 months old!) wont hurt to ask the hospital if they have them!

A lot of my favorite YouTube moms used the belly band it, and that is also on the pricy side. A lot of them after purchasing them realized they could have just used one of those exercise bands that you can get at Walmart for like $15 and get just as good results ~

so i wear xl shirts.. so i ordered an xl.. i shoulda ordered a large i feel like.. the xl is big on me.. it says with each size how many inches.. i just didnt pay attention lol

an xl that is when im not preggo.. i didnt gain much fat during my pregnancy.. im all baby so i figured an XL would be good..
