@gypsy.soul2, wow... honest.. but wow. that's harsh. no but I'm happy for you or nothing? I think it's safe to say that friendship is over because her feelings won't change after the baby is born.

That doesn't seem like a very good friend. maybe I could see not going to the shower, if you were trying to have children and unable to conceive it could be too much to bear... but if you just have to wait until it's the right time, that is just a selfish person who thinks of only herself first.

A REAL FRIEND will never be jelous of your blessings and happiness and will always support you. i tried for 2 years to get pregnant i would get upset but i was always there for my friends and their babies attended bday parties and babyshowers. since i couldnt get pregnant then i just loved on their babies to make up for it lol. now that i am pregnant only 5% of my friends are there now lol.

I am not trying to be mean or anything but it can be very hard. I had a few family friends not show up because both of them have had miscarriages and could never have kids. I 100% respect their decision and I still love them. It's not easy to watch someone be able to have a baby when you can't. Just be mindful of that. Everyone heals differently.

I suffered a miscarriage at 18 weeks and then just a couple months after I saw my friends were getting pregnant...one by one, and I wasn't. It was really hard on me, but I never downed their pregnancies because I couldn't have one of my own at the moment. If anything, I supported them more because I wanted it so bad that I felt the good karma would come around. Give her time. It was bitchy the way she worded it, and it really isn't about her. I would try and distance yourself for a bit. If that's how she is when you're pregnant, who's knows what kind of resent-filled comments she can make after the baby is born.

I had something like that happen to me, that was last month, it's been about a month since I've spoken to her! I refuse to have negativity while I'm pregnant!

@cass_lynne I've had my fair share of angel babies. I'm very mindful. I've been there for her through rock bottom and back.

@kikibee that's what I'm doing. she's obviously hurting but when I do decide I can talk with her I do think she should know that words do hurt.

That's just really messed up of her. She shouldn't have made it all about her.
