I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks and I couldn't help but feel so excited for the next 35 weeks that were ahead of me.. now I'm almost 35 weeks pregnant and I'm a nervous wreck knowing my baby girl could be here in 5 weeks or less 😍☺😊
