@kennedy, u may be sick bc u haven't ate enough I know it's hard but once u get something down u will notice the nausea will improve. Ginger is really good for nausea.
Girls it may be what u eat stick to bland foods for now it will pass. Saltines every hour ginger tea and maybe oatmeal or plain rice, toast, I would stay away from processed foods and don't recommend meats or dairy just yet give it some time. Hope this helps
