How warm can you get your bath water? I had back problems before, but after I work all I want is to soak in a warm bath but I freak out after ten minutes of being in and I keep it almost unbearably cold because I worry. Can you tell it's my first? Haha. Thanks in advance :)

I am a Dental Assistant and I suffer with back problems as well. What is your profession? I guess from always being on my feet now it's 100x worse! @taylornelson

I was told warm just not really hot that it raises your body temperature too much. When I take warm baths the baby loves he he starts kicking up a storm

Someone told me to keep it below 98 degrees. Might want to double check that

as long as it doesn't turn your skin red, is what I was told.

Oh yes you're definitely on your feet! I always enjoy a good hot bath when I get home. It helps me definitely. @taylornelson

Read not to go over 100 degrees, raises your body temperature and can cause you to overheat.

@alyssaf, I have herniated and bulged disks and have thrived on my warm baths for awhile :)

Ah yes definitely! @taylornelson

You should just be able to step right in and be comfortable. If it's so hot that you have to get used to it then it's to hot. Although bath water temperature drops at a very fast rate before it could effect your body temperature so it's more of a precaution then anything. Scandinavian women still use saunas while pregnant. lol

Thanks @jana.bear :)
