That was mines at 31 weeks! Showed the midwife Defos OK as long as no blood xx

I freaked out Iv been losing bits since 16w but that one was huge I spoke to midwife at anti natal! Then I phoned a midwife Iv been close to since I fell preg then I phoned maternity assssment 🙈 all said same thing lol xx

Yeah @jessicahorn, I got paniced as well as I had same couple of days ago.. not worried as everyone told me the same as its normal. Seems its natural to have bit of plug lost at this stage of pregnancy XxX
