I did the same this week with Verizon!

oh they made me so mad. trying to charge me sum random deposit they didn't tell me about. but they credited it back plus $40 for our phones not working for 3 days ugh! @little_bean9716

@randee.nathan, yeah I post dated a check through their automated system last month. They tried to take it 5 days early so it bounced. I called them & told them what had happened so they said to just go pay it at a Verizon store with a check & it would be fine. I went to do that & they have me banned from writing a check through them for 6 months! I was pissed. I didn't do it they did! Ergh!

Now they're saying I have to pay a return check fee & I'm fighting with them over that too.
