Every night! I have to sit straight up for at least 20 mins. I get it all during the day too. @twinveaches

I have acid reflux and gerd which is worse its where acid basically turns stuff in your stomach white and chunky and you spit it up.. and since I got pregnant its been worse... so I feel for you mommas

I have it bad, especially pregnant . I typically take medication for it and usually I'm good. But I can't take it being pregnant.
