I'm 9w pregnant now and ever since 8w, I've had absolutely no symptoms. They all disappeared at 8w. I'm worried, should I be?

I wouldn't be. I have no symptoms at all. and the doctors say everything is fine with baby

I'm sure everything's okay !! I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was 12 weeks and even then I didn't really have many symptoms ..
