do glow really help you get pregnant ladies cause I download it to see will it help me

I be on glow sometimes and a lot of woman do say that it helped them get pregnant after the first try.. so its worth a shot.

ok its my first time on there it told me I need to take a pregnancy test

Ovia and having sex two weeks everyday after period helped for the first try
