Tylenol is better for a fever but it'll do the job !

no difference, and I had the flu with a fever while breastfeeding... my lactation. consultant told me to take ibuprofen over Tylenol but don't take it as instructed, space it out more (I took it every 10 hours and it knocked my fever out in a day)
