@babydust949, my clear blue test said 1-2 so I figured I was only 3-4 weeks but when I ended up having an emergency scan when I was supposed to be 8 weeks it turned out I was 12 weeks already. they're great at confirming a pregnancy but until your scan you won't know for sure how far along you are x

Yeah @babydust949 they sent me for an emergency early scan and I was way further along than I thought x

Just read comments, you'll have to book in with Drs asap and get a scan booked then they will date you more accurately.. Xx

You'll be 3-4 weeks pregnant as you add on 2 weeks because clear blue dates from conception.. P.s congratulations x

U see i came off pill last july had withdrawal bleed then no period for 2months got one in october then nothing in november then one for 9days in december. Then nothing in january n now found out pregnant.. But before now all tests wer negative.. And wow @darciepenny really ?? Xx

Aww thankyou.. Weird i know but my last period was 28th december.. But i did pregnancy tests in january n they wer negative it was only yesterday i got a positive, so will they go from that far back x

congratulations hun! when you have your first GP appointment they'll give you an estimated due date using the dates of your last period (the first date it started) from there they'll be able to work out roughly how far you are, the first ultrasound, the dating one will be able to give you a better estimate and a sometimes more accurate due date so be prepared it may change. For example I worked out that my baby would be born on July 24th 2016 as did the midwife but at my dating scan baby was a bit bigger and more developed so they changed it to July 21st 2016 instead so I was three days ahead of what I thought.
