I went for an ultrasound yesterday, and the tech said that the baby was about 2 inches and weighed 2 ounces. I'm 12 weeks 3 days, and everything I've found says the baby is only supposed to be .5 ounces. Is it possible that the baby is that big or could she have been wrong?
you're only 12 weeks.. baby will fluctuate with weight for the whole pregnancy and also.. ultrasounds are about 50% wrong and only a BEST GUESS.. they only go ff a formula that isn't fail proof. they'll let you know if baby is getting too big before you are due @mommytobe56
Hmm... Well going to have a healthy baby! Lol. But yes they can be wrong too. They can't be 100% right, it's just a good estimate. I wouldn't worry! Bugger is def better than smaller. Your baby might just grow a lot in the beginning and slow down at the end of pregnancy. @mommytobe56
what the baby is suppose to be is never accurate and the weight the ultrasounds give you Also is not accurate. its all estimated.
