Been arguing with my fiance all morning because of the pregnancy mood swings i haven't been affectionate like he wishes i was. and he told me it makes him want to go talk to other females and "explore". I feel so hurt.

That's definitely not something that should ever come out of his mouth. That's selfish as hell especially because you're pregnant with his baby. He wants you to cater to him when it should be the other way around.
