37 weeks tomorrow 💖 only a few days left in my pregnancy now 😢 makes me feel so emotional I've loved being pregnant after trying for another baby for so many years after my etopic... im sooo over whelmed by everything at the min.. preparing for my section wed and meeting my baby girl and also my son flys to Portugal on Tuesday with my oh mum.. hes never been abroad before its only for a week but ill miss him like crazzzzyyyy he wont meet his baby sister untill he gets home which makes me a little sad but hes sooo excited about flying on a plane and going on holiday 🌴🌞
