yu can try using a nipple shield for a few days. that helped me w my sore nips . but yu don't want to use it longer than a week or baby won't latch on without it. other than that there's nothing really yu can do this is the worst it will get tho

He can't latch without a shield so I've been using one this whole time :/ @mycherrybaby

Coconut oil. but by the sounds of it the shield is what's causing it.

oh wow . if your milk has come in already things should start getting better . the first two weeks are TOUGH no doubt but don't give up.

put some breast milk on it & let it dry.it work

It sucks so bad at first but it is really only temporary use a shield some of the time and squeeze a pillow when he first latches.
