If you had a C-section for your first, do you have to get a C-section for your second pregnancy?

you dont have to, but your doctors wil go over it with you because it just puts u at risk to have to have one but your doctor would know more based on your situation than any of us could tell you

I wanted to try vaj the first round but it was an emergency Csection. I think I will be scheduled for one. But thank you so much ☺️

I believe so, my boyfriends mom had 3 kids and they were all c sections. The first was a emergency and then once she had her second they told her that once she gets contractions they would take them away and put her in a room. And her third one was the same as well

@shwayzelovee, I am trying a vbac this time. My first was an emergency c section due to fetal distress. Since my pregnancy has been healthy and good so far my dr is letting me. She will not induce me because it increases the chance of tearing the scar so she said if I don't go into labor at 39 weeks she will do a c section. Just ask your dr, it never hurts to express your concerns and wants to them. Most of the time they assume you want another c section.
