i feel like one , i havent had any signs of her coming and its stressing me 😔

the thing is, I'm still hurting but the contractions aren't consistent so I'm still not sure if it's time after like 8 hours and I'm frustrated because I don't want to waste a trip to the hospital but I need to know what's going on for sure
