Has anyone that has given birth lived in a house that has a set of stairs inside? It's already a hassle going up those stairs because I feel like heavy now worried how if/will it effect me after giving birth?

@jaaym_, the doctor will tell you not to do any type of exercise for 2 weeks. That includes going up and down stairs

@whitneym, oh no because we're moving into a 2 story house and our rooms are upstairs

@jaaym_, yeah my apartment is up stairs so I just went up very slowly. Try to have everything you need in one place like during the day stay downstairs and only go back upstairs at night when you go to bed. Spreading your lets even just slightly going up the stairs was uncomfortable for me.

I had an upstairs room with my first and now i live in a second floor apartment. It was a little painful because i had stitches but it healed quickly and wasn't all that bad. Plus I went camping three days after giving birth and was hiking. @jaaym_
