Iv had mucus plug once couple of weeks ago but doctor said it was probably from intercourse. So I'm like ok but she also said mucus plus doesn't come from your butt only vagina and I said well it did come from my butt so I ignored it but tonight at midnight I had mucus plus again through my butt hole.. And iv been having a lot of diarrhea can it be from me being dehydrated? Cus it's been weeks that iv been dehydrated and I drink plenty of water.. Or what can this mean me getting mucus plug again? And also I get shooting pains through my butt what can this mean?

It's not possible for your mucus plug to come out your butt. the mucus plug blocks your cervix so the only place it is physically possible to come from, is your vagina.

But I wiped and it only came from my butt not my vagina endless it fell back to my butt???@arijane316 and I googled it some say u can get it from your butt?

unless there's a hole between your vagina and your anus (which would be very bad) it won't come out your butt. it may have been sliding out of your vagina and when you wiped the toilet paper caught it. but it can't come out of your butt

just means your body is preparing for labor. but it doesn't mean you're going to go into labor in the next few days. your mucus plug can come out weeks before labor starts
