This what I get for eating a bagel and eggs (with lots of hot sauce) for breakfast, a personal pan pepperoni pizza and Alfredo for lunch, a BOX of girl scout cookies for a snack, a mc double when I got off work, and fish sticks with fries for dinner. WTF was I thinking today 😕😑😩😩😷

You can take 40mg! Some come in 15mg and some 20mg but you can take two a time once a day!
