I honestly know nothing about blood pressure. For a headache tho I find suckin on jolly ranchers sometimes help. Tylenol usually helps a lot tho 😔

Peanut butter helps with dizziness. Hopefully you ate something today and feel better tomorrow. I usually lay in the pitch dark or some calming music might help you fall asleep
