October 28th is your due date and you're 4 weeks pregnant. They may change this date at your ultrasound though.

What was the first day of your last period? Do that date until you get an ultrasound. The test isn't saying how many weeks you are its guessing how many weeks since ovulation

It hit me after a couple months now I'm back to it while waiting for him to make his appearance

for me it became real when i first heard the heartbeat and of course with ultrasounds. Although even so its still unreal probably until the baby comes!!

They likely won't be able to tell until an ultrasound for sure, but go off of your LMP until then :)

@jessica415, that says I'm 2-3 mad the paper says that the doctors will estimate me at 4-5 week's my app says 4 so which one do I go off of

My OB didn't want to do an ultrasound on me until 11 weeks, because she didn't want me to waste money on seeing something I could barely see, but it's not too early to go to the doctor :)

Probably not until you feel him/her move! It never sunk in for me until then! Even after 3 ultrasounds lol
