What's some ways to naturally go into labor?! I want to have my baby before im induced on the 29th!

Not sure if you will go into labor but when I climbed the stairs to get to my apartment I definitely had some contractions @rhamilton6615

Sex! Sperm softens your cervix and causes contractions. I tried everything with my first and that's what finally did it.
