My fiancé vapes and I actually just went to the doctor and we asked the doctor about it. There is currently no way for them to tell if it will harm the baby because it is not smoke it's vape so the nicotine doesn't pass. He did in fact tell him that he shouldn't do it in the same room or the car. He uses the lowest level of nicotine which is 1.5 or 3...

I wouldn't suggest you vape yourself while pregnant tho
