It can take anywhere from two to three weeks. My lo lost hers in the night around ten days old.

@mhaley1223, thats what i keep hearing, around 10 days but its already passed that

it should start to come up around the edges and ooz a little and that's when I knew it was about to fall off. it just has to dry up all the way like a scab. I just kept using the alcohol wipe around it and it fell off when I least expected it lol

I think it depends. my sons fell off after 2 weeks.
