just saw an ex co worker lost his baby girl. he is burying her today. I know nothing that happened and I don't want to bug him. I know a lot of people are blowing up his phone. I just look at katrina and just started crying. I don't know what I would do if I lost her. so I can't help but ache for him.

Yea I threw my phone into the draw i hated it for a couple days when I was ready I answered everyone it's hard and all I kept hearing was don't worry you'll have another which made me worse

loss of a child is hard especially a really young one. My advice is to try to help be a distraction. Take him to lunch and talk about everything but that. sometimes just feeling like life can be normal again will help. My condolences on the loss to the family.
