Woke up and heard some disturbing news. One of my close friends lost her baby. This devastated me and took me back to the place when I lost one of mine. I just found out I was pregnant now I don't know how to share it without making her upset.

Give her a little time to grieve and heal before you say anything! If she ask why you waited so late tell her it's because you didn't want to bring her down more..

wait until you are out of first trimester they say the risk of miscarriage drops at that point.
