I'm going through that really bad this pregnancy (#4) I swear by my chiropractor, finding one that will work on pregnant women and work with your insurance or offers discounts is the only challenge. I use hot/cold packs daily with Tylenol on the days I can't handle or get into the chrio good luck Moma
