I have a countdown until I leave my foster home. I turn 18 in 86 days. I am choosing to remain in care until I finish the school year, which is 104 days but we've decided to go to the magistrate and get married the next day, resulting in my release from care. But I'm so sick of the people I live with.

The two other foster children do not know or respond to discipline, and the moment they don't get their way it's taken out on me, the only one who continuously completes my chores and never talks back. They always pull the 'uncomfortable' card about my SO when they don't get their way (usually when they get in trouble for fighting at school [both are in the juvenile special support programs for behavioral issues], or their friends [who act the same] can't come over). They're both highly disrespectful to the people who are housing, feeding and even rewarding them. It's so frustrating, and I can't even do anything about t because my foster parents will state their job is to ensure the safety of the children in their care, and because my SO doesn't live there they don't even have to allow him over, despite the fact that our son will be here soon and I can't do it alone nor will I take away the most important times to bond from him.
